We receive several questions about the post care process of our AMAZING Morpheus 8 procedures. The key for optimal results is as follows : Protect your skin from the sun using at minimum a SPF30 sunscreen with titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide. Both tinted and clear sunscreens with these ingredients are of course available at Balk Aesthetics 😘. Post procedure hydration is also important and can be achieved with a daily gentle moisturizer.

Additionally, we always send patients home with ice packs to immediately start cooling the skin and reduce the possibility of bruising.

Lastly, the time period for skin cell turnover and formation of new collagen and elastin post procedure takes around 4 weeks. Most patients will begin to see increased results after this time with the recommended optimal treatment plan consisting of 3 separate treatments for the best results! These 3 treatments are each spaced 4 weeks apart. We always tell our clients to be patient as results are coming soon! 🎉 Changes will be seen after one treatment, but it’ll take 3 for a NEW YOU!
