Ashley Ader, MSN FNP-C

Ashley Ader is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine. She has been in the aesthetics industry for 2+ years and enjoys helping patients look and feel their best.

Before she made the venture into Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine, she worked in oncology at Emory University Hospital for 5+ years. She enjoyed oncology because it provided her an opportunity to really bond with her patients. However, she felt she needed to find a field where she could make people happy. The aesthetics industry has provided her the opportunity to change peoples lives for the positive.

Her main goal as a provider is to give patients natural looking results and minimize the need for invasive procedures. She is beyond excited to join Balk Aesthetics and offer top-of-the-line medical grade procedures, which provide low risk and optimal patient outcomes.

Vannah Kitchens, LE

Nearly everyone harbors a passion for beauty, but only a selfless few dedicate their lives to making others feel beautiful. Fortunately for the clients of Balk Aesthetics, as well as countless clients across the country, medical esthetician Vannah Kitchens has chosen the latter path.

Since becoming a board-certified esthetician 16 years ago, she has run the gamut with respect to satisfying companies and customers who demand nothing shy of perfection. This includes her ongoing work with Benefit Cosmetics/Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy.

Kitchens’ innate eye for maximizing her clients’ beauty potential began with a stint at one of Georgia’s premier spa destinations, Barnsley Gardens Resort, and was followed by on-set work for major magazine shoots. Subsequently, she owned and operated the highly successful Stella Blu cosmetics boutique in Rome, Ga., until Benefit/LVMH took note of her talents and, in 2015, made her an offer she couldn’t refuse.

Kitchens’ work has also been featured in nationally televised ad campaigns.

Raquel Bastos, LE, is a native of Brazil and has always been enchanted by the world of cosmetics ever since her childhood, and after graduating with a degree in business communications in 2019, she obtained her license in Esthetics. She has a handful of experience and has only continued to further her education and knowledge in the industry since moving to Georgia from Miami.

As a results-driven professional, she strives to make sure clients feel beautiful with visible results. She enjoys staying current in the latest skincare research, product ingredients, laser technology, and skin rejuvenation procedures through continuing education and training to bring her clients the medical and cosmetic arsenal that improves both their appearance and self-image.
